• Cash on delivery orders must be accepted; refusal without valid reason may block future COD.

• Warranty claims require original invoice and unaltered product serial number.
• Using the site for fraud, reselling, or bulk buying without permission is prohibited.

Our Terms in Detail – Easy to Understand

1. Order Confirmation – After you place an order, we send a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS. This is when the contract between you and Salenow.pk is formed.
2. Pricing and Payment – Prices shown include all taxes and import duties. For COD, you pay the exact amount at delivery. We do not accept partial payments or post-dated cheques.
3. Delivery and Acceptance – We deliver to the address you provide. Please inspect the package before paying the courier. Once you pay, you accept the product in its delivered condition.
4. Warranty Terms – Most products come with a 1-year local warranty from Salenow.pk. Physical damage, liquid spills, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty. We replace defective units, not refund for used items.
5. Returns and Refunds – You may return a product within 7 days if it arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described. See our Refund and Returns policy for full details.
6. User Conduct – You agree not to use automated scripts, create fake accounts, or attempt to manipulate prices. We monitor for fraud and report to authorities if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I refuse a COD order?
If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we mark your account as high-risk. After two refusals, we may disable COD for your account and require advance payment for future orders.

Can Salenow.pk cancel my order after confirmation?
Yes, in rare cases where the product is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If you already paid, we issue a full refund within 7 days.

Are prices on Salenow.pk negotiable?
No. Prices are fixed and updated daily based on dollar rate and stock levels. We do not offer discounts beyond those shown on the product page.

Do these terms apply to bulk orders?
For orders above 10 units of the same product, please contact our wholesale team at contact@salenow.pk. Different terms may apply.
